A must-do for a thorough understanding of civil rights history in Birmingham. Clay is articulate and has a deep knowledge of Birmingham and this topic. So thankful we did this tour.

Clay, our guide, was a wealth of knowledge about the events of the Civil Rights Movement in Birmingham. His presentation is well organized to provide the background while viewing the locations of the events. He answered our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants a better understanding of the struggle, from a personable and engaging guide.

Do this tour! Clay is devoted to accurately presenting the stories and persons behind the bombings, marches, and struggles taking place in this city in the 50’s and 60’s. So much heartbreak, sensitively told. You won’t see these sites on a self- tour.

Hey Claudia, Thanks for the review. We do our best to not only discuss the stories so many already know, but to take people out to places they might not know about or places they are worried about visiting. We are glad y'all appreciated the tour and the way in which we try to tell it. Thanks, Clay
