What To Expect

Cahaba Brewing Company

We will stop at 4 of the breweries listed.Cahaba quickly outgrew our first location in Birmingham’s Pepper Place/Lakeview district. A few years later, in January 2016, we moved our 3 barrel homebrew project to East Avondale and upgraded to a 30 barrel brewhouse. Cahaba is currently located in a 51,000 square foot building in the Historical Continental Gin Complex. Our spacious Taproom has quickly become one of Birmingham’s favorite spots. With over 26 taps, our Taproom has awesome Cahaba staples like Blonde, Oka Uba, Pale Ale, and Lager, while also sporting Pilot Batch and Taproom-only offerings.

Good People Brewing Company

We will stop at 4 of the breweries listed. The taproom of this microbrewery is set right in the middle of the brewing action, with tours given.

Ghost Train Brewing Company

We will stop at 4 of the breweries listed. Ghost Train Brewing Co. is a brewery founded in 2014 by Taylor DeBoer, a former partner in the Cahaba Brewing Company and Patrick Small. The business began operating in 2015, selling bottled beers produced under contract at the Crooked Letter Brewing Co. in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Dustin was a great guide. He gave us a tour of parts of the city as well as a lot of great information about the craft breweries. He provided us with a history of the brewing process and we tasted a lot of great beers as well. The food at Monday Night Brewery was very fresh and good. Highly recommend.

Dustin was a great guide for our tour! My partner and I were the only ones on the tour and we had a great personalized experience! It was a great way to visit different breweries and try beers we wouldn't typically. I highly recommend this tour!

A great day-date for my husband and I. We had an amazing time and are already making plans to come again and bring friends. We happened to be the only two on our tour and Dustin gave us the best experience and treated us to top notch service. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Whether you’re a beer aficionado or know absolutely nothing, this is a great time waiting to be had.
