Overview

The Blue Heron Fleet was established in 1955 by Capt. Harry Nagel. The fleet has been family owned and operated with the third generation currently at the helm. Blue Heron offers excellent year round fishing at a great price.

The vessel is the largest and most comfortable in the area. Vessel is custom built aluminum drift fishers that meet and exceed the United States Coast Guard regulations. The cabins offer cushioned seating, settees for catering, and clean men’s and ladies restrooms. The Vessels are equipped with state of the art navigation and fish finding equipment.

The fare includes rod, reel, bait, tackle, and fishing license. The crews have years of experience ensuring your families safety and enjoyment. Blue Heron specializes in private charters for family, business, and corporate events with the options of fishing or cruising.

Fun and relaxed environment. If you haven't been or thought about going I highly recommend it the staff is very friendly, helpful, and full of jokes, they give as many tips as they possibly can to help you catch as many fish as you can and at the end of the trip they will even clean and fillet your fish for you, so be sure to stop by and give it a shot and don't forget to leave them a tip, they definitely work for it and deserve it. 10/10 would come back again.

The crew is beyond incredible and makes the whole trip a blast. Unfortunately my wife and I didn’t catch a keeper but the experience was wonderful and we are excited to get back out there.

Boat was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Crew were outstanding. Fun and helpful. My 7 year old son had a blast and the crew really helped him feel confident in fishing. I would highly recommend this charter to anyone.
