Tour meet time was changed and I didn't notice. 10 minutes late, driver/guide let us. When we immediately called him he said we couldn't meet him at any of his other stops. Missed tour. Not accommodating.

If coming to Asheville would thoroughly recommend this tour. A visitor to Knoxville and the USA, we were looking for things to do in the surrounding area and thought a hike would be good. Presumably if you are coming to Asheville you will do the Biltmore Estate at the same time, Keith has personal knowledge about the Biltmore Estate and could tell stories on the hike and drive which I found fascinating. With a group hike, unless you know everyone then it is pot luck who you will get with you on the day. Different levels of fitness and the like, on our day this was managed well. The trail was pleasant and easy going, a nice pace. The waterfalls were spectacular. I really enjoyed the travelling to the start of the hike where there was information about the area galore and it was all fascinating. Keith is very passionate about the area and it shows in his tour from the very moment he picked us up to when he returned us to our hotel.

Can't say enough about this tour. It was great being able to relax and enjoy the ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway and seeing the waterfalls, but it was even better doing it with Keith. Keith is personable, knowledgeable and provides such great customer service. The entire family (to include two boys ages 16 and 21) had a great time. We were also fortunate enough to also be with a great group of people. Hiking is moderate, and leisurely. I didn't feel at all that we were being pushed to get thru it. Scenery speaks for itself, and the guide was perfect! Thank you, Keith!
