Absolutely outstanding experience. The tour itself is great, guide made it unforgettable. Very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, friendly, warm, humorous, Keith knows and CARES so much about the nature and history of Ashville - a sheer pleasure to be in presence of someone that knowledgeable!

I am very glad that you and your son enjoyed the waterfall excursion and it is something you will remember. We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful area and have the opportunity to tramp around the mountains in all seasons. Thank you very much for your kind words and your recommendation!

First off Keith, our Tour Guide was AMAZING! He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of hiking + Blue Ridge Parkway+ VanderBilts + Biltmore Estate! We visited 3 waterfalls. We hiked to 2 and drove to a third one. We had a party of 2 adults + a very inquisitive 7yr old, who he gladly engaged with to answer her questions. I honestly was worried on the hike to the first h20 fall due to climbing uphill at various times, but Keith gladly modified the pace and cheered me on as I successfully made it. **Note: grab a walking stick before you start. It honestly gave me a mental lift for some reason. LOL! He had a new black van that he purchased used, which looked new to us! He was very on top of communications from the moment I booked online via TripAdvisor. He messaged me via TripAdvisor after purchase to let me know he would text the night before and pickup time. He was very prompt at pickup! He had nice basket of snacks too! He also stopped at many overlooks! We also had bathroom break scheduled before the last hike. He even shared with us as we drove through the tunnels, that if you hold your breadth from beginning to end in the tunnel your wish will come true. Our 7 yr old loved that! :) We will definitely return for another h20 fall tour!! I forgot to mention on the first h2p fall, our family was able to walk right up to the h20 fall and walk behind it and sit! Amazing!!! It was a beautiful morning and afternoon for the hike! It was sunshine and a nice upper 60s to 70 temps. We are not hikers and it was the best time ever! He even stopped at a Trout Hatchery for our daughter who enjoyed feeding the trout!

Wow, thanks so much for your taking a moment to write down your experience and we are so glad that you had a good time. Your daughter is a delight ( extremely curious:) and it was good to meet you all. Each day is a little different and we were lucky with the weather on the day we went out. We look forward to seeing you in the fall if you make it back to Asheville. Until then... keep walking when you get the chance.
