Tour operator Keith is a very nice guy who works hard to make the tour enjoyable. He obviously is very familiar with the area and takes you to great spots for incredible views, spectacular waterfalls and a hike that is not overly demanding. The only area that I feel needs improvement is the narration Keith provides during the drives between locations. It was often disjointed, repetitive and difficult to follow. After 3 years Keith should have worked out a more polished presentation. Overall however, the scenery, waterfalls and Keith's knowledge of where to visit makes this a very worthwhile tour.

A great way to get out and enjoy the views. I would have liked to had a longer drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Ours was cut short because a storm had closed part of the drive. I think we should have stopped so we could have got out and took more pictures a couple of times. The walk was pretty.

This tour was the highlight of our 4 day stay in Asheville. We visited all of the tourist sites but this by far was the best experience. Keith is a wonderful guide. For starters, he picks you up at your hotel and has everything well organized for his guests including water and snacks. He is very personable and so knowledgeable of the history of the area and he knows where to take his guests so that they can see beautiful waterfalls. We saw absolutely gorgeous waterfalls up close and personal. The hike was fun. The pace was comfortable. If I am ever in the area again, this tour will be part of my itinerary. Thanks for the memories!
