I was met by a scruffy looking woman who said im your guide in English i started to wonder what she meant then she said to me and 2 Australians to go sit back of bus i said Why the back i was told that all the front was for Italians and French tourists Trip Itself...Nightmare constant talking with a microphone by Eddie the tour guide for the French and Italian this was loud and constant muttering i timed an episode of him talking and it was 40mins non stop i said to Christine the english guide can you ask him to stop talking as its constant and loud she said he is talking all about Harvard University and she would try to speak to him however this didnt happen and my ears were ringing from his constant talking . on the way back to NY i was so glad to be getting back to my hotel the English guide started on about needing Tips and they all depend on tips this was the most talking she did on the bus {saying that she couldnt get a word in edgeways with Eddie showing off talking French X Italian} The Bus Itself... The bus had No Seatbelts the 2 Drivers for the journey didnt hav any uniform on This Trip was Tacky and Unprofessional i Booked this trip Viator like many other trips i been on and this Trip was Sub Standard it said on booking information A Professional Trip English Speaking Please forward this on to Empire Vacations
