Overview

Enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise in Boston Harbor which heads out to Fort Independence located on Castle Island and named after George Washington. Then take in views along Boston's waterfront such as the Mystic Tobin Bridge, Leonard Zakim Bridge, Custom House Tower, Old North church steeple, USS Cassin Young, and the USS Constitution. An extra special feature on this cruise is the cannon fire at Sunset, which is presented off the USS Constitution every night to announce the setting of the sun. Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time to check-in at the ticket booth, obtain boarding passes and pre-board.

After our cruise ended in Boston, my friends and l added an extra day to explore the city. Went to several places, did the city bus tour and ended our day with the evening harbor cruise. There was a long line for the boat but we were able to get on despite making the booking so close to departure time. It was a beautiful evening for the cruise! We all had a great time watching the many other boats out on the water. The best part was watching the sunset and see the beautiful shades of pink and purple reflect off the waves as the sky started to turn dark. It was a great cruise!

We had booked a sunset cruise on 10/08/22 to celebrate my aunt's 70th birthday. We walked around for 30 minutes trying to find the meeting place for the cruise. The dock was not marked, and we walked up and down the harbor trying to find where we needed to go. We saw another group who were also having trouble finding the designated meeting place. After 30 minutes, I found the tour desk and asked where we needed to go to find the dock. The agent (Carlee) said that the boat had already left and not to worry, there were other customers who also couldn't find the meeting place either. She took my information and told me that the manager would call me the next day to discuss a refund. I never got a call from the manager so when I got home, I contacted Get Your Guide customer service. I was disappointed to hear that they wouldn't offer to refund our tickets. The best they would offer was to put us on another cruise. We live in NJ, so this wasn't a feasible option since we had already come home. There were so many other tour companies that we could have booked through and looking back, I wish we did. This company had no problem taking our money for a service that they didn't provide. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, and I will certainly not be booking anything future through them. Buyer beware!

Beautiful sunset cruise! We were able to see the canon shoot off from the USS Constitution during the cruise. Viewing Boston skyline in lights from the harbor was beautiful.
