This is a must if you are visiting Boston. We rode through all of the stops while our guide narrated the history of the town. We then rode it again and hopped on and off . We made sure we got on a trolley by 4:30 to beat the crowds returning.

This tour is a fantastic way to see the heart of the city and get great historical information as well. For most of our time touring we lucked out with a great guide named Matt (Mattie). He was so knowledgeable and had such a great sense of humor and comedic delivery. Highly recommend this experience!

We were excited to take this tour based on all of the great reviews. Sadly, we jumped on a bus with one of the worst tour guides out there. We don't know his name, he failed to introduce himself and was not wearing a name tag. Within two minutes it was obvious that this guy was doing this for the pay check only and had no desire to be behind the wheel. He interacted minimally with the group, just an occasional comment. His descriptions of the sites were monotone, and clearly showed he was disinterested in the history of the area. He only perked up when someone asked him about restaurants. The guide went on a tirade against a well known burger joint that has been seen on TV, and also mentioned other eateries to avoid. Unfortunately, I can only remember the nasty things he said about the area. My husband and I were planning on spending two full days in Boston. After this tour, we packed it up and traveled north to other areas to spend our money and time. I feel a little sorry for the tour guide because I feel he is not in the right line of work, or he was just having a really "off" day.
