The staff is very friendly and helpful. The drivers had lots of stories. The guide of the harbor cruise made our day with his explanations. The weather also helped a lot. Great way to see everything in a day

The bus was very comfortable and sitting up high made it easy to see everything. The driver's attitude and stories were average. Tour was acceptable but would try another tour.

We bought a great Groupon deal to see Boston. What I loved was being able to hop on and off. Nice way to travel around the city without walking too far. Great for people with small kids and seniors. The Tour driver were all very knowledgeable and funny. My only complaint is I wish the stops were marked. We wasted a lot of time looking and guessing where the stops were. It was very frustrating and time consuming.
