We went on this once and did a full circle of the city to get our bearings. The driver was knowledgable but he did make comments if people got off without tipping. So if we had used it as hop on hop off I would have felt embarrassed if he had remarked if we didnt tip every time! End of day we paid a reasonable amount to purchase this and the company should pay their staff more so they are not reliant on tips!

It was not the closest Hop-on Hop-off tour to the port where our cruise ship docked. It wouldn't have mattered if it had been a nice day but it poured almost all day. The drivers were very knowledgeable and funny.

My family and I purchased tickets for the CityView Trolley Tours in Boston, MA. We enjoyed the commentary from the trolley driver . . . lots of laughs. The trolley tour was a hop-on hop-off tour. Unfortunately, the hop-on locations do not have designated signs along the tour route. As tourists, we were not familiar with the area and it was very unfortunate that we didn't know where we had to be to hop back on to the trolley tour. When our tour bus drove by us we thought we were in the right pick up area, but the driver was not going to stop because he said it was illegal to stop where we were waiting to hop back on. We had to chase him down the street to get him to stop. PLEASE, PLEASE put up signage where your customers can hop back on to the trolley tour. For $31 a ticket, you could at least provide proper signage. I can't believe you can run a business and not provide that information to your customers.
