No where near enough busses. We were stranded at stop 6 for over an hour, 4 busses passed us by. They all stopped just to tell us there were full. The excuse was the cruise--if so, they should limit ticket sales to what they can handle. We ended up taking an Uber back to the cruise ship and losing out on Boston Commons, the Freedom Trail, etc. Only do this tour if you're not planning on getting off.
