Great day in Quincy and Plymouth, and appreciated the extra stop on the beach and at the lighthouse. Kristin is a fantastic driver and guide. I saw on Viator that someone complained because she dropped off a group of women at their "out of the way" hotel. I was one of the three women she dropped off, and it was greatly appreciated, as we had been taking a Uber to and from a different hotel to the pic up hotel and spending extra time and money for the other three tours that we took with your company, and she was the only driver to drop us off and saved us that time and expense.

Thank you for the GREAT 5 star review of our Plymouth day trip from Boston. I am happy to hear how much that you enjoyed your day and your time spent with Kristin. We have our reasons why we've had to limit our pickup and drop off locations for some of our trips. I am glad however that she was able to accommodate you on this day. Kind Regards, Stephen M. I had read the reviews and agree that reversing the order so that you could actually go into the Adams houses would have been nice. Unfortunately for us, the sites are closed on Monday and Tuesday, and we were touring on Tuesday. We had more than enough time to tour the Mayflower and Plimouth. I thought it was all good until the end. Our bus driver Kristen decided to drop a group of women back at their hotel instead of their pick up spot as they were staying in an area that was not so great. As we were driving to the next hotel we went through an area where they were a lot of homeless people and she actually pointed out the person getting a shot in the neck and another with a needle hanging in his arm. Those are things I didn't need to see, nor did the child or teens on the bus need to see! Saying don't look just made everyone look. Shre shouldn't have said anything and we shouldn't have even been in that area of town. That was our final vision of the trip and ruined it for us.

I apologize if you felt what you may have witnessed was unnecessary. Just to clarify, Kristin did not go out of her way to drop guests off out of the pickup area but happened to be driving by the guest's hotel while enroute to the actual drop off spot. That area of the city happens to be an area we have to drive through on occasion (she did not go out of the way to bring you by there). I am sure if you were staying at a hotel we were driving by you would want the same courtesy extended to you. You must remember Boston is a major City with issues the same as other major cities. Perhaps Kristin shouldn't have said "DON'T LOOK" but she didn't say LOOK. I'm sorry if that vision ruined your day but you shouldn't forget about how wonderful the first 10 hours were. Sincerely, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

Tour guide Kristen is exceptional, and, most importantly, she is considerate. She knows the region thoroughly to provide insights that're otherwise difficult gain in a day. Stop overs by the ocean at Cohasset and Scituate are terrific!
