We were so looking forward to seeing the whales but unfortunately do to high winds and bad weather in Boston for 3 days all cruises were canceled. The tour company was very nice to us with deep regrets on the cancellation. Trip advisor refunded our purchase with no questions asked or issues. We didn’t have a whale of a time but the experience was good.

Hi guyl964 and thanks for your review. Sorry that the rough seas kept you from your whale watch, but we hope you'll have a chance in the future to come back on a much better weather day! Enjoy your fall and winter!

Long established company operating out of the Long Wharf by the Marriott Hotel. Mobile tickets booked via TA were accepted without problem. Large catamaran taking over 250 at a time. Needless to say, when whales were spotted the rails became crowded and those at the back of the boat saw very little because the captain steered the boat rapidly so that those at the front or sides could get the best view - this happened even when whales were spotted off the stern. Commentary was interesting but not always clear. Facilities on board were ok as far as we could see.

The day we went the water was pretty choppy....lots of sick passengers! If you get even a little seasick I would recommend taking something before you go. We did get to see lots of whales and a few dolphins. The captain turns the boat a lot when the whales are around so that everyone on board gets a chance to see, and they have someone announcing where the whales are and tons of interesting facts about them. Don't waste your time getting a good spot before the ship heads out....everyone moves around and you won't really see anything until you get all the way out anyways. Make sure to dress warm unless you're going in the middle of summer.
