Bob and the Travel the Trail group were exceptional in planning our trip to Kentucky. We told them some of the things we wanted to do and they made it happen. We spent three days with Bob and were able to visit bourbon distilleries, a thoroughbred horse farm, the horse races at Keeneland and other Louisville sites. It really was one of the best trips we have taken.

3 of us went on a Bourbon Trail tour with Travel the Trail. What a wonderful experience. Our tour guide and driver, Rob, was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. Rob picked us up on time at our Louisville hotel and took us first to Maker’s Mark - so lovely! We were then taken to lunch at Bardstown Burgers (included in the tour price) in downtown Bardstown. After lunch we went to a tasting at Barton’s then back to Louisville for a tour and tasting at Angel’s Envy. My experience with Travel the Trail was excellent from the booking with Lee to the day spent with Rob. I highly recommend Travel the Trail for your Bourbon Trail Tour.

We went to three distilleries. Our guide Rob picked us up at our hotel in a van in the morning and took us to Maker’s Mark, Barton and Angel’s Envy. We were somewhat limited in our distillery choices since it was a Monday but I thought the choices were great. Stopped for lunch in the middle of the day. We all had a great time and Rob was very knowledgeable about bourbon and all things Kentucky. Overall was a great experience.
