Wonderful time with Bob. So very patient with our ‘touristy questions’. Very knowledgeable, easygoing, Southern hospitality at its best. When going, ask for BOB!

Our guide, Rob, was affable and knowledgeable - he is a true bourbon aficionado. We did two tours and tastings and one tasting in Bardstown along with a bonus trip to the museum at Heaven Hill. The tour was efficient but not rushed. Travel the Trail is very flexible in planning their itineraries, so let them know if there is a particular distillery you would like to visit. The tour included a nice lunch at a local brew pub. I would definitely do another tour with them.

We had a wonderful time on our tour! From the first contact with Travel the Trail Tour to getting dropped off at our house at the end of the day, it was a pleasure dealing with Lee and Bob, our driver. Lee immediately called me after inquiring to find out which distilleries we were interested in seeing. He tried to make arrangements for us to see them . He answered any additional questions I had within a few hours. Bob was friendly, giving us information about the Louisville area, the distilleries we were going to be visiting and fun to spend the day with. Taking the tour allowed all of us the chance to enjoy the scenery, learn more about the area from someone who lives there, not worry about drinking and driving or getting lost along the way. I would highly recommend Travel the Trail for any excursion you might be considering in the Louisville area.
