We were looking for a private tour (just us two). Recommended by a friend over the big guys - Lee put together an affordable package tailored to the distilleries we most enjoy. Each experience was a little different and all close together in Bardstown with a great lunch included in the trip. The driver, Rob, was local and top notch. Relaxed pace, plenty of local history and some anecdotes made the travel time even more enjoyable. Punctual pickup at our Hotel (Distil). Rob gave me some tips as to bourbon shops downtown that carried brand I just can't get at home. We waited out the pandemic to do this and were comfortable every where we went. A great experience. If you are visiting Louisville area, make Travel the Trail part of your itinerary ....you won't regret it.
