We wanted to see a little of the town but couldn't get into a bourbon tour. We did this instead. It was a nice tour with a lot of information about the river and the history of bourbon. You can't see a lot because of the trees, but our guide improvised. It was nice to sit down and look at the river for 90 minutes.

Loved the tour and was so incredibly impressed with our captains Allison and Nathan. She gave us the smoothest cruise and he gave us as much history as he could pack in to the time we had on the river. Nathan’s delivery felt fresh and fun - like he hadn’t done this probably hundreds of times before! I’m especially grateful for how warm and welcoming they were to my family - especially my daughter Sara who needed a little extra time and help!

Our Bourbon Belle Boat tour was amazing! Captain Nathan is one of the most insightful, engaging, and informative historians I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. His knowledge of all things Kentucky (and bourbon) is fascinating! How does he remember all of those names, dates, and intriguing details? Captain Allison maneuvered the boat seamlessly. One of our friends suffers from intense motion sickness, but had no issues. Deck hand Isla was productive and helpful. Love seeing s young person with her work ethics and great attitude when working with the public. Every person we encountered at Kentucky River tours (bourbonboat.com) was professional, friendly, efficient, and provided amazing customer care!
