First off, the hawker who sold us tickets just gave off the weird, shady vibe you find in touristy towns. He'd be a good carnival barker. The tour bus was late arriving, not their fault, traffic is terrible in this town. The tour was largely driving through the traffic in Sedona and listening to some interesting tidbits about the town. Then a park of about half an hour about half a mile away from the two main rock structures in Boynton Canyon and listening to more legends. We had a discount and got the tour for twenty bucks apiece and it was as its advertised but save your money. You can just drive there yourself and take a short hike up to the vortex, for free, as opposed to driving through the hot, dusty town and looking at it from a distance.
