Jordyn was an absolutely outstanding tour guide - knowledgeable, articulate, easygoing, yet professional and focused. Our whole family really enjoyed the tour. We learned interesting facts about Milwaukee’s past and present, as well as some entertaining ghost stories. A wonderful way to get to know the city and have fun for all ages. Jordyn is the best!

Didn’t get to go on the tour the tour guide left before 8 we got there at 7:45 couldn’t find them, messaged on the app asking where they were did not get a response. Called the number that was provided and got a ring around. Was out of town and left with not going on the tour at all. Very disappointing and very dissatisfied with customer service. Never in my life had such a bad experience!
