Overview

With more than 265 acres for you to explore at the Bronx Zoo and over 10,000 animals your Bronx Zoo Admission ticket will give you unlimited access to a host of premium exhibits and activities. This includes JungleWorld, Bug Carousel and Nature Trek (Weather Permitting). Also, Congo Gorilla Forest is Free during the months of Jan-Mar.

The following attractions are closed for the season and will reopen in the Spring – Zoo Shuttle, Butterfly Garden, Children’s Zoo, Wild Asia Monorail and Dinosaur Safari.

We are committed to providing safe and healthy experiences for our community. Changes to exhibits and park operations will happen. We will provide advance notice, when possible, but adjustments may also be due to unforeseen conditions.

Thank you for understanding if some exhibits/animals are not available on the day you choose to visit.

The Bronx Zoo was fantastic. Booking my ticket through this website was a mistake. I received a confirmation email after I purchased my ticket. It clearly stated that my actual ticket would be emailed to me. My ticket was never emailed to me. It was a hassle trying to get in to the zoo. The manager finally let me in.

I couldn't find my ticket when I searched Bronx Zoo and so when I went for my visit I couldn't find the QR code that I needed for admission. Three different zoo personnel didn't know either. We finally found an employee that knew to search Viator in my email in order to find the tickets. It would have been great if I could have found the tickets more easily. Please try to solve this!

I have a child with disabilities and the special pass for her was so much helpful, Everyone one was polite did have an misunderstanding with a manager at the train ride who made us wait till the next couple carts came even though I explained my daughter couldn't be standing for so long,everywhere else we were immediately let go next on line forgot his name but it was a Spanish last name. We went in Oct,11 2020 .
