The tour was great, our guide Kevin was funny, offered a lot of information and was overall very charming in his presentation.

The walk over the Brooklyn Bridge was pretty amazing. Our guide, Alessia, was skilled in giving our group the history and interesting facts about the bridge's construction and the DUMBO area. However, the actual trip across the bridge was super fast-paced; we got separated from the group several times. We were also a little disappointed that we didn't really have a "tour" of the DUMBO area. It was just walk on 2 streets. I don't know that I'd do the tour again, but I'd walk the bridge again.

Thank you for your feedback but we feel it is unfair and inaccurate. We regret that you were unable to join the tour. However, we provided you the opportunity to avoid being charged. You were charged because you did not provide us the requested supporting material. If you make a reservation using a Pass, you must show up for a tour, or when requested provide us the valid pass. You are told this policy before you make a booking and after you make a booking. You are reminded that we do not get paid unless you show up for the tour (or send us the pass) and that you will be charged because you are taking the place of a paying customer. Our tours are often sold out. Had you taken our tour, we are sure you would have had a great experience. We handle thousands of Pass customers each year without issue and get excellent reviews. As for your communication with our staff, we strive for excellence in customer service and have awards for it, but will relay this information to our team.
