Good overview of Brooklyn. Sometimes it was difficult to match what the voice machine was pointing out as a site and the bus hadn't reached the spot

Driver for the Brooklyn tour on 3 Aug 2021 went off route. He did not follow the route map. People on the bus were questioning why. The person that gave the briefing said that it was a non-stop route. We'll, they stopped at at least 6 stops that was the route for the downtown tour. What started as a 3-2.5 hour bus ride became over 3 hours. It was our last day and that took a lot of our time planned for the day. Called customer service and they hung up on me voicing my complaint. Tried to talk to the person that was with the driver, but he wouldn't acknowledge me. He was telling the driver what to do. I did the other tours but this one was the worst experience. Best advise is to ask if they will follow the route map given to you. Unless they changed the whole route that day, it's a waste of time. Also they do not tell you that the free 2 hour bike rental that's with the 48 hour deal is that you have to pay for the first hour before getting the free hours. .

We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we take it very seriously when we don’t meet our customers' expectations. There are oftentimes unforeseen street closures for various reasons throughout NYC that may result in adjusted tour routes, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use this feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
