The guide was very good and attentive. It was a very fun time. The lights were amazing! There is a little van selling hot chocolate and coffee in the neighborhood. The stop at the Brooklyn Bridge-fantastic photo op and great ice cream in the shop there. The only reason I'm giving it a four and not a five-disorganized when loading at the pick-up spot (Manhattan Hotel) and the music they played on the bus was soooooo loud-you could barely speak to the person in the seat with you. Very glad we went-the lights and Brooklyn Bridge-spectacular and the guide was terrific!
