Brooklyn Food Tour: The Flavors of Williamsburg

Overview
This walking food tour is a window into what makes this neighborhood so special. You'll experience the historic roots of the area at Northside Bakery which specializes in authentic Polish pierogies and desserts. From there, you'll visit the "Best Pizza" shop in town, and have a sit down food and drink stop at Tacombi. The tour ends with a dessert stop, a functioning chocolate factory! Between food stops, your expert guide will show you the sights of the area, including breathtaking waterfront views of the Manhattan Skyline, and narrate the history of one of New York's most colorful neighborhoods.

Great day although a little bit windy last Friday May 24. Location is accessible to subway station. We have a good group maximum of 15 but 2 people rescheduled their tour. Walter our tour guide is very knowledgeable and gave us glimpse about the history of Williamsburg. Great food variations. My tummy is full after the tour. I highly recommend this tour and is looking forward to boor another tour with the same company in the near future.

What a beautiful day with Walter. Not only did we have tasty treat, but Walter knew so much about the history of Brooklyn and present atmosphere. Walter gave us suggestions for future visits to our new found favorite area in NYC. Brooklyn is a great place to get away from the crowds of midtown.
