The Brothels, Bites and Booze tour will introduce you to the beginnings of San Diego as a port town – learn why it became one of the more notorious red light districts of its time, and find out how this once-undesired neighborhood became a fun and vibrant nightlife destination for both locals and visitors. We did two viator this tour was not as gd as wine tour of little Italy. Interesting stories but not great. Food at maza was vry gd, but don't expect to get cocktails only wine n beer. The flat bread was ok but ice cream vry gd.

Hi Denise! Thank you for joining us on not just 1 tour, but 2! It's great to find that guests are interested in learning about different neighborhoods with us. The Little Italy wine tour is certainly more robust, but it's also a more expensive tour ($120 vs $75). I'm happy you enjoyed both!

Kirk was our guide for this fun afternoon experience. He was so friendly and took time to get to know each of his guests a bit. That was such a nice touch. He gave us an amusing history of the infamous Gas Lamp District, which we thoroughly enjoyed. As for the food, Greek fusion and the ice cream were my personal favorites. (The fish tacos not so much. Plus, the taco restaurant did not seem well-prepared for us.) All in all it was a great experience that my friends and I highly recommend!

Thanks for the great review! I'm happy to find that you had a great time with Kirk! I'll check in with the taco shop so that they are better prepared next time.
