What To Expect

Fort Hays Old West Town and Dinner Show

Take a ride on the one of a kind Buffalo Hunt Roller Coaster! This unique shooting gallery coaster is a unique opportunity to be able to tell your friends and family back home that you shot a buffalo while on vacation in South Dakota. Of course its a fake fiberglass buffalo, but you don't have to tell them that if you don't want to.... Soar over the herd of over 20 buffalo and shot at over 40 targets through out the coaster and hit at many targets as you can. Its extremely challenging since you are swinging in the air side to side while trying to aim. When you get off the coaster you will have a score that tells you how you did. Think you are good enough to make the all time high score? There is only one way to find out!

We did unlimited rides for an hour and had a blast. Way better than I expected. The workers Matt, Mason, and Pauly were kind, professional, and gave great tips. I highly recommend

The roller coaster/bison hunt was very cool. The operator and the staff were so focused on my son having a good time. Also, my son wanted a squished penny. The gentleman in the blacksmiths shop made a fresh one to show him how the old machine worked. Nice little details that made an excellent experience.

This place was so fun. A bunch of us got hour bands so we got to ride it as much as we wanted within an hour. Super fun, fast paced ride with no big drops. Only complaints are that it seemed some guns didn’t work quite right and a few of us ended up with bruises on our arms from getting jerked around😂
