First off I had unlimited two week tickets to all Seaworld parks. Someone in my party lost their lanyard and Busch Gardens said they could not issue replacement ticket, even with the paper copy and proof of purchase/receipt. We had to pay additional for that person for the day $85. Most of the rides were closed 8/13 main attractions were open. All water rides were down, Sheikra, kumba, Montu. So the rides that were available were over an hour wait. Thereās nothing on app or before animal displays that say they close at 5:30/6pm. The park was open until 8 and we missed a lot of the animals because sections were closed earlier. We went on the one animal walk and left someone waiting in Nairobi we went to walk back out that way after walking to end and there was someone there saying it closed. No signs anywhere that said that, so we had to walk all the way back and then around to get the person waiting for us. There were a couple rides in kid area that were closed as well. The animal enclosures are small and animals looked stressed. I was using app and wanted to catch the train in the back section, to find out that all stations expect one in the middle were open. App had no indication of closure nor were there signs at front of park. Park was not very clean, lack of signs, app communication not great, seemed disorganized compared to other parks. It was not worth the trip from Orlando or the additional $85. Canāt believe that regular tickets are $142/day there. Thereās lots of carnival games that cost extra money, feeding of animals- that cost extra and there were staff inside park bothering you like sales people wanting to upgrade your tickets etc. getting pestered to spend extra on already an expensive day and having to spend extra to play games is ridiculous, when itās already so expensive to get in.
