A total rip off! This is the second time we went with family. Once this past December to see the holiday displays and then again yesterday. There are definitely some problems with the operations of the park as both times 40-50% of the rides were shut down. The water attractions were also shut down causing disappointment especially for the kids. Due to this, the rides that were operating were so overcrowded with an average wait of 75 minutes. Totally unacceptable and I felt badly for those who spent their money to enter this park only to find half the park's rides were closed. In addition, the cost of food items in the park are absolutely ridiculous! Snacks such as popcorn and pretzels were over $10 each! The kids were hungry and the only place we found where we could get in cost us $60 for two hamburgers and cold fries. Help at the venue was virtually non-existent. Condiment stations were not re-stocked and napkins were nowhere to be found. The quality of the food was unlike Bush Gardens Williamsburg. Totally disgusting! With restaurants having such long wait times and unable to handle the crowds, it was better to leave the park and eat elsewhere. That's it! I will never step foot in a Bush Gardens park again. Don't waste your money and time. That goes for both Tampa and Williamsburg locations. They are total tourist traps!

Such a money grab. Half of the rides were not working. I bought the meal plan which most places did not accept and even though we bought the fast pass it was not accepted for several of the main rides. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. Stay away. So disappointing.

Love it. But don't get the quick queue for the ride if you are going mid week. Was there first 2 weeks of Feb 2025. No there to scan them. And the lines weren't long. Longest wait time was 10 min. AGAIN DONT GET THE QUICK QUEUE mid week. Waste of moner
