Everything was good until renewal time. I was a two park silver member, when I called to renew it was no thing or so I thought. The next day I check my account and they only gave me the BG pass. I call as to what should be an easy correction. After hours on the phone they will not correct their mistake, I renewed over the phone. They called me a liar multiple times stating I never had a two park pass, until I read them the pass number from my card, then they were eating their words. Their systems have obvious fatal flows. They said they would fix it, two months ago. I checked my account today and it says I have no active pass. I called they say their is nothing they can do. I spent over $200 in October now here we are in November and I don't even have an active pass one month later. Avoid these thieves!

We got the annual Fun Pass on the Black Friday discount and went on a Wednesday. The Park maybe was at 20% capacity and the wait times were very short. The Christmas decorations were up and added to the fun, especially at night. Iron Gwazi took only 5 minutes to get on in the morning around 11:00am and is among the best coasters I've ever been on. You don't expect a wooden roller coaster to invert and then pull negative G's on out outer facing loop, several times! Very fun. The best thing was the Christmas on Ice show. Far exceeded anything you would expect at a theme park and was simply amazing on all terms: creativity, skill, beauty, sound and staging. Don't miss it. Busch Gardens food has caught up nearly to Disney price levels, but we found a few spots like the BBQ at Stanleyville (half chicken dinner only $17). Several of the rides were closed, so that's why 4 stars vs. 5. And this seems to be a routine thing these days there.

We were staying in Davenport and decided to venture down the road to Busch Gardens, unlike the name this place is a wildlife park and theme park featuring many big roller coasters, the ticket was combined with sea world and Aquatica ( a water park very close to Sea World just off International drive. we really benefited by driving to Bush as it is a bit removed from Disney and Universal there were not the huge number of visitors, in fact it was easy to do all the attractions in 1 day question ranged from 0 to 35 mins max when we were there. Well worth the drive down ( just over an hour)
