I went to Busch Gardens about a decade ago and it was amazing. This Feb school break most of the thrill rides were closed, most of the animals were not present and no one was there. The kids still had a good time as the lines were short. Just disappointing to pay so much money and have the majority of attractions closed. I imagine a lot has to do with the staffing shortage everywhere.

The park was severely overcrowded, understaffed, and dirty. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and many were lacking paper towels and toilet paper. Waited over an hour just to get lunch. Many of the animal exhibits were empty. I've been to Busch Gardens many times over the years and always enjoyed it. The visit before this was disappointing and this visit was terrible. We will not be back soon.

Over half the rides were closed or broken down. Made the line ups for remaining rides, massive! Quick queue won't help you much, either. Plus side, food was pretty good. Overall this place is just a money grab!!
