This is a 'magical' place with all the different species of butterflies flitting around while you take a stroll through lush foliage and water features. There are benches to sit and just watch the butterflies and try to catch a picture of the prettiest ones. However, be patient...not only with the butterflies, but with the people. (Especially, the kids.) We happened to be there while a 'field trip' full of middle school age children were in the museum. They wanted to be first to see everything :) It was still an enjoyable experience to see nature with the butterflies, foliage, fish, and some cute little quail like birds scurrying around. You can enter it as many times as you like while on site. A ticket is necessary to enter the Rainforest.

We had a fun day seeing all the different types of butterflies and plants. Also walking through the museum was a lot of hands on stuff that the kids enjoyed.

Beautiful. The only downside was too many people walking through at one time. Too crowded to enjoy the butterflies and flowers.

Thank you so much for visiting and for your kind words! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your visit to the butterfly rainforest. Summer is definitely our busiest time of the year and the exhibits tend to get a lot of visitors, we recommend people come on weekdays when there tend to be less people. We hope you visit us again!
