This could have been just an amazing experience had they regulated how many people they admitted at a time. We were literally body to body, and I felt sorry for the little children, there was absolutely no way they could have a rich experience because they were swamped. Flooding the exhibit with as many people as you can just to get them through destroyed the pleasure of observing. I would have rather had less time and fewer people than getting trampled.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience at the Florida Museum. The Butterfly Rainforest receives high visitor attendance on weekends and holidays. The exhibit does have a capacity limit to ensure visitor safety and guests are also allowed to enter the ticketed exhibits multiple times on the day of their visit until the exhibit entrances close at 4:30 p.m. Our apologies again for your experience, we hope you visit us again.
