This is a trip for those who are looking for adventure with the safety of someone who knows off road driving. Larry was our helpful guide to explain everything from the potash mine to petroglyphs andthe reasons for different rock colors and formations. There are plenty of photo opportunities including the famous Thelma and Louise car over a cliff scene. The highlight is an arch as impressive as anything in Arches after climbing the dirt and rock single lane switchbacks. It's a unique way to see parts of the park most don't get to.

As a storm approached, we headed out with Charlotte, our guide, to see the little seen backroad/switchback sites of Canyonlands! She was so fun and knowledgeable, and taught us that there is even more beauty in this place when it rains, and she was so right! We would highly recommend this tour to everyone if you want to see beautiful scenery with a side of adventure.

This tour was amazing! My family and I (incl 2 teens) booked the half day Canyonlands 4x4 tour. As the clouds rolled in bringing lightening and thunder, we headed out with Charlotte, our guide, to see the little seen backroad/switchback sites of Canyonlands! What a blast! Charlotte was so fun and knowledgeable and took those rocks like a BOSS. She taught us that there is even more beauty in this place when it rains, and she was so right! This place is magnificent! We would highly recommend this tour to everyone if you want to see beautiful scenery with a side of adventure. Ask for Charlotte! She’s awesome!
