We went on two photography tours in October, 2024 with Hunter Page of Capitol Reef Photography tours. One tour was to Cathedral Valley in Capitol Reef National Park and the other was to Factory Butte and Moonscape Overlook in Hanksville, UT which also included Bentonite Hills. They were both fun, highlights of our trip, and time and money very well spent. Hunter's very pleasant, easy going, an accomplished professional photographer, very helpful, and punctual. He's happy to offer shooting tips and troubleshoot camera settings if you wish. Hunter also asks for your input to tailor tours to your needs and interests. Plus, he knows the area intimately including all the best shooting spots and when to be there. He's easily gets a top 5 star +++++ rating.

Hunter was an amazing photography teacher and tour guide! He is very patient and great at explaining things. Never made you feel silly for not knowing something or questions. He is knowledgeable about the area and has enthusiasm to share it!

We booked Capitol Reef Photography Tours for several private tours with Hunter Page. Hunter was an outstanding teacher and guide. He provided excellent instruction in composition and exposure, helped with other camera settings, took us to good locations, and was overall terrific as a guide and instructor.
