In my opinion this was an average, pre-scripted, predictable tour to take. There was really no interaction of the crew with the customers. The boat operator was on the internet during the course of the tour. The recorded script just concentrated on all the mansions but really did add any history of the area. There is a Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupon in the SunSentinel Showtime magazine on Fridays now. It is cruise to take a visitor on to get a view of the Lauderdale area.

The ride took the same route as all the river cruises best I could tell. It was a beautiful ride. You could sit outside on the top deck or below and view thru windows. The tour guide did provide interesting trivia facts about past and current owners of all the glorious houses and yachts to pass the time. I wish they had more of a snack selection, although they of course had water and other drinks. Pleasant way to spend some time on a good weather day. It is located right off the River walk and Las Olas Blvd which is convenient if you're visiting those areas.

Needed to kill some time prior to a departing flight after a cruise, so we went on this excursion. We enjoyed a relaxing 1.5 hour tour of the canals and waterfront in fort lauderdale. You will see outrageously priced homes and yachts. A few manatees swam by as well. The furthest point of the tour takes you to the harbor where all the cruise ships are docked. The narrator appears to be reading off a script, but there was various updated information provided along the way.
