Wow what a great find. This campground had hardly anybody here for the 2-nights I stayed. There were deer, wild turkeys visiting daily and the place is so quiet. The stars at night are amazing and I loved the well marked walking trail through the trees. The best part though are the caves. You cannot believe that just below your feet are these huge cavernous caves that are just beautiful. The one hour plus tour is well worth $20 tour fee. Check out their website for the concert series, I was sorry I missed that because the tickets were all sold out.

Very cool formations and pools. Cavern rooms were a LOT bigger than expected. Knowledgeable tour guide Mike taught me things I had not heard before and didn't make us feel rushed

This was an absolutely wonderful (and wonder-full) experience for our family. The cave is spectacular, and Kathryn did such an incredible job taking us through the cave and its history, pointing out amazing formations (and explaining how they came to be), and answering our questions. Sheā€™s a natural teacher; our kids range from 5-10 years old, and Kathryn tuned into and connected with each of them. Cave Without a Name was a highlight of our spring breakā€”if we were local, this is where weā€™d take all our out-of-town guests. As it is, weā€™d love to plan another trip to the area and visit again!
