The tour guide was nice but the white male employee was rude. The scenery was nice. One of the customers was also shushing my 4 year old that definitely set the tone for the rest of the adventure. If you have younger children this may not be for you. Intolerant people from San Diego and a rude employee is all it took for this adventure to go from ok to poor. If you do go dont go with children.

We apologize for your unfortunate experience. First, regarding the rude employee and to allow us to counsel the situation, a name and description of the experience would be helpful. Second, we have no control over others on your tour asking your 4-year-old to be a bit quieter. We do know many children tour the cave and have great experiences. Indeed, it is so memorable, generations keep returning to share the experience.

The cave is filled with spectacular formations of stalactites, stalagmites, delicate soda straws, cave drapery, magnificent flowstone, rimstone...just jam-packed with beautiful cave creations. The cave is comfortably warm, quite humid. The leisurely and relaxing tour will take about an hour. Their gift shop is pretty nice, as well. Worth a browse, to be sure. Tour cost is $20...money well spent. Happy caving.

We visited this cave today after seeing it on the internet randomly. So glad we did. The tour was very small and the guide was super patient and answered all 9 million of our questions. It was well worth the fee. The cave was smaller than natural bridge but you can see so much more cool stuff up close. Tour took an hour and was filled with neat stuff. It made me want to actually learn more about caves. What a gem this place is. Fyi check their website. The groupon price was more than their price on their website.
