Strawberry Fields, John Lennon Memorial

The stop was chosen due to its proximity to Lennon's NYC home, The Dakota Apartments, which are just across Central Park West. There is a plaque embedded in one of the boulders along the pathway leading to the mosaic. It lists the 121 countries who endorse Strawberry Fields as a Garden of Peace.

We were able to negotiate a price with a very kind man outside the Plaza Hotel by Central Park and he assigned us to ride with Bashir and he was wonderful! It was such a nice way to see more of Central Park faster and to get more insight in to the history of New York. Feeling the breeze on the ride is super refreshing. At first I thought this was something to cheesy to spend money on but my husband and I have no regrets!! It was a great way to spend time in between reservations we had planned

The tour was a great experience. It's highly recommended for people who want to explore Central Park and the surroundings in a short time. The person was kind, knowledgeable and could communicate in our language, which was convenient.

It was a regular day in the city and then we met Muzzafar! I am a new yorker but never experienced a pedicab ride before. It was a great decision to make, Muzzafar promised us to show the city from an unexpected angel and so he did! We love to ride with him and enjoy Central Park! We would recommend Muzzafar to all tourists and citizens, he will give you a remarkable experience for sure. Definitely will come back!
