Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon

Stop by The Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon, one of the most haunted buildings in Charleston. Since the late 1600s, the Exchange and Dungeon have existed in one form or another. Once a walled prison, it has been a haven for those seeking freedom as well as a dark and gruesome spot for prisoners caught on the wrong side of authority.

We had an awesome time touring with Lance! Not only did he share unique information about Charleston on our hunt for ghosts, but he also was hilarious! Thank you for a wonderfully spooky time!

I walked to the meeting place going like, " This is just going to be another ghost tour." I was proven wrong instantly! The first stop I was in awe with everything! I recommend Macy. She was spooktacular! She told us scary but also cool stories of souls long ago😀. She is also very kind. We saw cool places and I got photos of the ghosts. I never believed in ghosts until now! Come to Ghost City and have to BEST TOUR EVER! I couldn't upload those ghost pics but, here is a creepy picture of St. Philips church. To learn more, visit Ghost City! Sleep well!😝😀😀

Lance thanks so much for such a great tour of my favorite city! You helped reveal all the dirty fun little secrets. We had a blast and I learned some new things. I loved it!!!! I don't think I will look at St. Michaels the same.
