We went to the Adults Only Ghost Tour and had a great time! Lance was our guide and it was very informative and engaging! Highly recommended!

We went on the tour with Lance as our guide. Lance was very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and funny. I am a history fan so I kept asking him non-ghost questions about the city as we were walking and he clearly knows his history well. If you book, ask for Lance!

First I want to say that mu husband was moaning and groaning about going on this tour, but then he ended up really enjoying himself. So, that's saying something. As soon as I read the description for this particular tour, I knew it was the one I wanted. It did not disappoint. The stories were great, but the enjoyment definitely came from a great tour guides. We had Lance Colley, and not only was he an enthralling storyteller, he was extremely personable and accommodating. Some of the people in the group were late, but he made sure that we waited long enough to make sure they made it (everyone did!). Instead of waiting around, he entertained us with a bunch of precursor remarks, cautions, and humor. He emphasized safety for the group and obviously cared about getting to know everyone and remember their names. At the end of the tour he took the time to make sure every person knew how to get back to where they were going. Doug also accompanied our tour and me and my husband hung at the back of the group with him and exchanged stories as we walked to all of the locations. I cannot emphasize enough how much these tour guides obviously enjoy what they do and how much they must love their city. It shows. There was never a dull moment and they even left us with the Philadelphia Street challenge (which we did before leaving, and succeeded). I would absolutely recommend this tour and these tour guides, and I would definitely seek to go on another with them in the future. Thank you!
