Charleston Stand-Up Paddleboard Eco Tour

Overview

This 2-hour introductory paddle on the Edge of America will get you into the basics of SUP, all in the calm flatwater of the Folly River. All safaris begin with "ground school" or SUP instructions with your Lifeguard Certified Instructors. We'll explore alongside the numerous beautiful native birds and bottlenose dolphins. We'll go with the flow, following the tides and wind direction for a great beginning paddle. At low tide we visit a private beach and go for a swim!

Group photo is taken at the end of the tour, which will be posted on our social media pages.

My husband I went on the morning SUP tour, Eric our tour guide was amazing. He answers all of our questions and was a great teacher for those who were beginners to Paddleboarding. Eric has an incredible knowledge base of the wildlife in the area. We even got to see 3 dolphins!! The tour was amazing!!

We had a bachelorette group in Charleston for the weekend and several of us decided to take this tour. It was amazing! Eric was an outstanding guide, knew a TON about the area and ecosystem, was a great teacher and super fun! We saw crabs, several dolphins and had an absolutely beautiful day. Highly recommend for beginners or experienced paddlers!
