Wonderful day. Nice relaxing time in the HOT water. Enjoyed the ice museum. Very interesting. And COLD! (They loan you a parka … good thing.) The staff were the highlight! Great ride on the bus with Cathy as our driver, from Alaska Wildlife. Great stories about the area on the lengthy drive. The young man at Chena Hot Springs, Sam, was the best. Really seemed like he loved his job. Very personable young man. These two people were both excellent first impressions of their companies. ADDENDUM to original review: My wife left her sneakers in her rented locker. Called for help and they found a tour driver there that could drop them off at our hotel early the next morning. If they get here, this is a 10-STAR review!
