What To Expect

Absolutely Chicago Segway Tours

There is nothing like seeing the city on a Chicago Segway tour. With our exceptional guides, you will get an amazing overview of the Windy City's sights and sounds. You get up close to all of the attractions and cover a whopping 7/8 miles round trip. Segways are intuitive and easy to ride; if you can stand you can ride! You only glide with a maximum of 8 people per tour guide, so you are guaranteed to have personalized and fun adventure in the Second City that is second to none. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour's scheduled departure time to check in and fill out waivers. All guests will be fitted with helmets. The tour begins at the departure time with a training video and comprehensive one-on-one training with the tour guide. Training ensures that even the most nervous guest feels comfortable for the duration of the tour.

We've done a lot of fun things, but this is certainly at the top of the list. Lots of interesting sites, and history of those sites. And, just riding the Segway was really cool. Of course, to bring it all together you need a great tour guide. I can't imagine a better guide than ours, Maggie. She was knowledgeable, interesting, funny and just very pleasant. This is a Chicago activity you don't want to miss!

Did this with a family of 4. Kids ages 12 and 14. We loved it. Out tour guide, pat, was very nice. He knew all the great places for pictures.

This was definitely a highlight of our Chicago trip! Everything was easy and first class - finding the location, check in, training, storing items during the tour, etc. Tyler, our guide, was excellent! Tons of info, humor and really personable. The owners gladly accommodated a number of requests (including jackets if the weather is cooler then you expected) and even gave us suggestions on restaurants and other plans! Another tour with Absolutely Chicago will top our list on our next trip to Chicago!
