Due to extensive fraud prevention, your ticket delivery may be delayed. However, tickets will be delivered no later than 2 weeks prior to the performance. Once the URL ticket is delivered, please have your ticket ready by clicking on the link provided and displaying the ticket on your phone at the theatre. The ticket’s unique barcode is only valid for one entry.

Please do not be late! Some shows will not seat late arrivals until a suitable pause in the performance. Late seating is entirely at theatre management discretion.

Some other things to remember:
- Please turn off cell phones prior to the start of the show. It’s not just courteous to the other patrons; it’s the law in New York.
- Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket; regardless of age.
- Most Broadway theatres do not allow children under the age of 4 years to attend the performances. Also, some shows may not be suitable for children under 12. Please check with us if you are not certain.

My wife and me atach the Chicago and it easy to know how long it stay at Broadway. The musicans, the dancers, the singers and all together makes a amazing show!

My 20 year old daughter and planned a trip to NYC between Christmas and New Years and decided, last minute to book a show. We had heard great things about Chicago but seats were limited. I received an email from Trip Advisor about events in the city and Chicago was one of them. I had looked on other sites, many charging a $110 service fee (per two tickets) but TripAdvisor did not. Great seats, 8 rows back. The Ambassador Theater is tight, not well set up for those over 5’8”, you will be cramped. ONE LADIES ROOM😱, fortunately new used the facilities prior to the start of the shower because at intermission the line was done the stairs and around the corner. Crazy!! I wouldn’t recommend that you purchase drinks- two bottles of water and 2 champagnes-$68.00. Gotta love NYC prices! Show was fantastic, great talent!

Worst Show Ever.... The Theater is old, staff were rude and had a poor attitude. Only 1 set of bathrooms, which you can only imagine creat a line from the second floor down to the entrance. Crazy. The overall show seemed to lack any outstanding performers. All just average, not what you would expect from a Broadway Performance. Overall disappointing and would recommend wasting you money. Left at intermission. Go see Wattress or School of Rock. More Entertaining and better performers.
