Our services include pick up from your downtown Chicago hotel, a 3-4 hour private City Tour in a chauffeured vehicle, and the services of one of our knowledgeable guides. This means you will have two people working with you the entire time, allowing you to get out of the vehicle with your guide at several stops. These stops include, but are not limited to Millennium Park, Lincoln Park Conservatory, Museum Campus, and more. The tour will be interactive and entertaining, covering history, architecture and culture. We share stories to bring Chicago's rich history to life. Once the tour concludes, we will drop your group off at your preferred, downtown Chicago location.

My Mom, sister and I were lucky enough to get the Joe (guide) and TJ (driver) combo. on our recent visit to Chicago. We were having a great trip but were a little on edge due to my Mom (who is 70) being scheduled for knee replacement surgery the week after our visit to Chicago for my cousin's wedding. My Mom was in a lot of discomfort and was finding all of the city walking nearly impossible. Joe & TJ gave us a custom tour that allowed my Mom to see all of the sites and learn about the city inside the incredible comfort and safety of the SUV. The team was very understanding and flexible. Joe had a vast knowledge of Chicago's history and sites and had the perfect combination of enough detail to keep us engaged while keeping things fun and cheerful. He really read our group well! You would have thought we were in a luxury sports car, instead of an oversized passenger vehicle, with the way TJ maneuvered us around the city in a safe and efficient manner while still managing to stay interactive with the group. TJ also had many interesting things to share about Chicago. He and Joe were the perfect team. Honestly this personalized tour was the most relaxed and happy I was during our visit. Our Chicago Private Tour was just what we wanted – the opportunity see and do what WE wanted to see and do in our limited time.
We appreciated the very quick response to our request for a tour, and realise what effort went into that quick response, within a few hours.
Matthew was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his city, particularly the South Side. This made it possible for him to answer our many questions, and to show us exactly what we wanted to see, and more.
Another benefit was having a driver as well as a guide: we had Matthew’s full attention!

We did a two hour mini tour with Chicago Private Tours, it was wonderful. We had four people including my elderly grandmother. The small bus picks you up from your hotel. Our tour guide was entertaining and informative. The driver drove the bus so smoothly my sister who is prone to motion sickness had zero issues. They were very accommodating to our needs. The price was very reasonable and I would book this company again. Fantastic time!
