We had a great afternoon with Alana doing the Chinatown and Little Italy Food Fest. She was very informative and provided different food examples: meat, noodles, gelato, dumplings, cheese. She knew the area and history and where to go for good food. She chose places that you would never find or go to on your own. I recommend this tour if you are a foodie. Alana did a great job and wants to ensure her clients have a great afternoon.

I would really recommend this experience as a great way to see some of the smaller and less well-known parts of Manhatten. The tour guide Alana was very accommodating, changing the details of the tour to suit us, and was very friendly and enthused about what she was showing you. The food you sample is of a super variety and you know you are being shown things to eat because of how good they are (not because they are paying the tour guide a premium like some places!). Alana is very knowlegable about all that she shows you and genuinly wants to make sure that you have an enjoyable experience. I myself did the Little Italy and Chinatown tour and would highly recommend it! If we come back to New York, we would definately do one of the other tours she offers!

When my parents recently visited the city, my fiance and I took them on the Little Italy-Chinatown tour. We all absolutely loved it! Alana was a fantastic guide, and the food was all absolutely amazing. For me though, one of the best parts of the tour was learning all the history of Chinatown (I've lived in NYC for over a year now, and still had never made it down there). I would definitely recommend this tour as a really interesting and fun way to see parts of the city you might not otherwise make it to.
