We purchased tickets through Expedia a day earlier and weren't able to print the vouchers (glitch with new version of software - told by Expedia when we reached them). The check-in was smooth and we were boarded almost immediately. The cruise took its time and Joe, the tour guy, did a splendid job of providing commentary. Clear and up close view of the skyline as well as Statue of Liberty. We lucked out with tour timing and were able to finish the tour just as sunset occurred and were able to enjoy the city lights in the dusk light. Thank his turned out to be the highlight of our trip to NYC. Keep it up, guys! Good customer service goes a mile!!

This was a really good ride, that we can recommend. The only bad thing was some people not sitting down but instead standing so that others couldn’t see the views when looking forward. The host, Joe, was totally awesome.

Joe was our guide for this 2 hours cruise and balanced interesting information with personal humor and anecdotes. This is a great way to learn tidbits about Manhattan and the other 4 boroughs (not burros). Sunset was beautiful along the NJ skyline, and the Statue of Liberty was gorgeous in the twilight.
