The cruise was excellent. Viator experience was not pleasant. We showed up and stood on ling line to get to the cruise to only be told that our tickets that we bought through Viator were vouchers. We had to go hack to ticket booths to turn the vouchers into tickets with 8 minutes left. The line was huge. We had to speak to a manager to make it happen and rN back to the boat with 1 min left. That was stressful Lesson learned: if your ticket starts with a 9 its a voucher.

The boat left 21 minutes earlier than scheduled. Half of our group was still in the line to get into the boat. Our evening was completely ruined.

Wow! The views on this cruise in pitch black are so beautiful with all the buildings lit up! In -12 degree weather, I was freezing to death, but that took nothing away from my experience lol. The tour guide voiceover man was extremely knowledgeable! Love a cruise, and love New York!
