It was a freezing cold night when we did the tour. The inside was nice and warm but the windows were a little dirty so made it tricky to get good photos. If you could brave the cold outside the views were amazing! You go round the statue of liberty so everyone can get a good picture. The commentary was continous throughout the tour and gave some good facts and insights. This is one thing I would recommend doing if you get the chance. Its amazing to see the city from a completely different perspective. One tip would be to be careful if standing outside at the front of the boat as water can splash up onto the deck and soak you (like it did me - that was a surprise on a cold night! 🤣)

Really enjoyed it , even the cold , didn’t dampen the experience. Easy venue to find. , stunning views and the commentary was qerky and informative, there was food and drink available to buy , which a hot drink was very welcome, and warm seating areas to sit and soak up the view, if you was brave enough you could go onto the decks to take your photos… definitely worth the money…

We did the Harbour Lights Sunset Cruise, using our Go City pass. This was a really easy way to get tickets. We decided to sit inside as it was so cold, and then pop outside for photos. Unfortunately the windows were very dirty so we couldn't take photos inside. In comparison to a different companies boat trip that we did the following day, this boat went very fast so even our outside photos didn't come out very well. The commentary was good, however it was non-stop talking and I found myself zoning out and then missing information. I also felt that the commentator was not very impartial with his opinions on the scenery and buildings; he had very strong views on The One World Trade Centre, which I felt he shouldn't have shared, this area of New York still holds so many emotions and everyone should be able to view this how they want too. He was also quite negative about Edge and people that do the climb there, everyone should see New York in their own way and not be judged by a sightseeing tour guide. New York lit up at night is amazing though, and I would recommend this trip.
